This has been known as the veg season. I veg out on movies, food, experiences, and a lot of media. Often I feel exhausted by the end of the break; feeling more like a zombie than refreshed. This year I wanted things to be different, so I took a step.
I sat there listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit telling me to go. But I stood in our family’s restaurant that was my dad’s dream. It was his shot to take a risk and do what he always wanted to do; and a lot of it was riding on me.
I believe we can do more together than we can a part. The college campus is THE most strategic mission field; therefore, investing in the leaders who are reaching this demographic is paramount.
If we continue to do what we have always done we will continue to get what we’ve always gotten.

There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to reaching a campus. We must contextualize, but I do believe there are some evergreen principles out there.
