ABOUT MITCH
I was fortunate for this opportunity but I was leading accidentally because I didn’t know what I didn’t know. There were a lot of mistakes along the way but I learned valuable wisdom in the areas of operations, communications, and management of people and product. But as I was living out my American dream I felt something was missing.
In 2009 I began attending a Bible believing church and it was there that I realized that life was about much more than an American dream. I learned that God had created me to be messenger of hope to a world in need of hope.
In 2011, I transitioned to leading in a Christian nonprofit.

I work with churches to help them leverage their resources to reach, develop, and mobilize the next generation of college students.
What I have learned from working with some of the best churches around Texas, and the nation, is that you can’t lead accidentally if you’re going to reach, develop, and mobilize the next generation of leaders. You have to be intentional by understanding what is true of your church and determine a strategic solution that will impact the next generation for years to come.
God has allowed me to do this through speaking and preaching at churches, events, and retreats, as well as helping other non-profits develop networks of local churches to be on mission together for the sake of college students.
I live in Fort Worth, TX with my wife, Olivia, and our two sons, William and Harrison.
I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration: Communications and I received a Masters of Theological Studies: Preaching & Pastoral Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
